ESARC SUPPORTS THE PROGRAMS, SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES OF THE ARC OF ESSEX COUNTY IN ITS ENDEAVOR TO SERVE INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES ESPECIALLY AS IT RELATES TO THE ACQUISITION, MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS OF PROPERTY NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE THIS PURPOSE.
