Expect More Tehama's mission is to create inclusive pathways that respond to local needs and retain talent in our region. We achieve this through resource-sharing, equitable strategies, sustainability, and strong partnerships. Our five key goals are: 1) Boost college and career readiness, 2) Create healthcare and education pathways, 3) Strengthen the workforce, 4) Support data-driven decisions, and 5) Ensure seamless transitions between education and work. These goals guide our efforts to empower our community and drive economic growth.
