THE PROGRAM PROVIDES A BASIS FOR ATHLETIC, SOCIAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FOR THESE YOUTHS ON A NON DISCRIMINATORY BASIS THROUGH AN ORGANIZED SOCCER LEAGUE.
