TO PROVIDE FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE VOLUNTEER MEMBERS AND TO ENHANCE THE MORALE OF THE MEMBERS BY PROVIDING SOCIAL AND RECREATHIONAL ACTIVITIES.
