THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO EXPAND ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION FOR RESIDENT STUDENTS OF THE COMMUNITIES WHICH COMPRISE THE FALL MOUNTAIN REGION BY RAISING FUNDS FOR STUDENT AID DISTRIBUTION AND DISTRIBUTING AWARDS ON A FAIR AND NONDISCRIMINATORY BASIS.
