Family F.O.C.U.S. (Fundamental Opportunity for Children's Unlimited Success) has been serving the needs of children and their families in Tulare County for more than twenty years. We offer care and education through our infant and toddler centers and our preschools. Our additional goal is to provide education to parents and childcare providers in Tulare County as well.
