FAMILY PROMISE OF WAYNE COUNTY NY, SUPPORTS HOMELESS FAMILIES IN WAYNE CO BY PROVIDING OVERNIGHT SHELTER AND MEALS AS WELL AS CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO ASSIST IN SECURING PERMANENT HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT AND SKILLS TRAINING TO ENABLE HOMELESS FAMILIES ATTAIN SELF-SUFFICIENCY. IN ADDITION FPWC ALSO PROVIDES DIVERSION AND PREVENTION MEASURES TO KEEP FAMILIES FROM BECOMING HOMELESS, I.E. FIRST MONTH'S RENT, RENT ARREARS.
