FARMINGTON GLEN AQUATIC CLUB (FGAC) IS A SUMMER SWIM CLUB PROGRAM THAT CONSISTS OF AN OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL (6 LANES), VOLLEYBALL COURT, PAVILLION SNACK BAR, AND LOCKER ROOMS. FGAC'S MEMBERS USE THE FACILITY IN THE SUMMER TO RELAX, SWIM, COMPETE IN EVENTS IN A SAFE, FRIENDLY, NEIGHBORHOOD ENVIRONMENT. FGAC HAS A SUMMER SWIM TEAM FOR YOUTH (AGES 3 TO 18 YEARS) AND COMPETES IN THE NSSL SWIM LEAGUE. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 175 SWIMMERS ON THE TEAM. THIS GIVES THE YOUTH A CHANCE TO LEARN TO SWIM AND BE COMPETITIVE.
