("FEDERATION HOUSING") IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH PSYCHIATRIC DISABILITIES IN SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK. FEDERATION HOUSING BECAME OPERATIONAL IN OCTOBER 2015 AND OCCUPANCY STARTED IN JANUARY 2016. FEDERATION HOUSING'S FUNDING IS DERIVED PRIMARILY FROM RENTAL FEES PAID BY HUD AND TENANTS. RISEWELL COMMUNITY SERVICES INC. IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF FEDERATION HOUSING.
