THE FIFTH DISTRICT DENTAL SOCIETY OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, QUALIFIED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(6) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE COMPANY'S GENERAL OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSES ARE TO CULTIVATE AND PROMOTE THE ART AND SCIENCE OF DENTISTRY AND ITS COLLATERAL BRANCHES.
