THE FINANICAL ASSISTANCE TO BE PROVIDED HEREUNDER WOULD BE FOR ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE BEYOND THE ORDINARY RESPONSIBILTIES OF THE CURCH ORGANIZATION, SUCH AS, AGAIN BY WAY OF EXAMPLE, EXCHANGE MINISTRIES, INTERNSHIPS, SPEICAL STUDIES AND OTHER BROADENING EXPERIENCES FOR PROFESIONAL PERSONNEL.
