THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH STATUS OF RESIDENTS OF LE MARS, IOWA AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY CREATING COMMUNITY AWARENESS AND BY FUNDRAISING IN SUPPORT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS WHICH DIRECTLY BENEFIT FLOYD VALLEY HOSPITAL.
