THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AS WELL AS INSTITUTIONS THAT ASSIST SUCH INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, AND OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT INSTITUTIONS, WHO ARE SUFFERING OR FACING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, INSTABILITY AND/OR CRISES AND ARE IN NEED OF FOOD, CLOTHING AND FINANCIAL AID.
