THE FOSTER ADOPTIVE RESOURCE CENTER'S GOAL IS TO ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY AWARENESS AND EDUCATION THROUGH COLLABORATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND TO PROVIDE CHILDCARE AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR CONTIGUOUS COUNTIES.
