To maintain and preserve the recreational facilities and common areas, which include golf courses, clubhouses, business office, roads, sports courts, green belts, and other recreational facilities for the benefit of the members of the association. The association, a development of approx. 290 acres, is located in Newhall, California and includes 13 village associations and 1,290 units.
