Mission

Friends for Sunset Memorial Cemetery Nonprofit 501c3 was given limited ownership by the DCCA July 2024 with mission to revitalize, secure, beautify and integrate solar PV that would generate funds to support grooming the cemetery in the future. The nonprofit received two funding grants in the year 2024 for a total of $10,000. The Nonprofit also request GIA grants from the state and city that were approved in year 2025.
