TO RECRUIT, TRAIN, AND SUPERVISE COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS WHO WILL ADVOCATE FOR AND SUPPORT THE PLAQUEMINE LOCK STATE HISTORIC SITE WITH TIME AND/OR FUNDS IN ORDER TO KEEP IT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, STIMULATE USE OF THE LOCK, AND DEVELOP EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.
