THE CORPORATION ORGANIZES AND CONDUCTS A LEADERSHIP ACADEMY FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL, REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AGENCY, AND PUBLIC COMMUNITY COLLEGE TEACHERS. THE ACADEMY IS A TWO YEAR SEMINAR SERIES DESIGNED TO DEVELOP TEACHERS AS LEADERS. THE SEMINARS WILL HELP THE TEACHER PARTICIPANTS BECOME BOTH EFFECTIVE TEACHERS AND MORE EFFECTIVE LEADERS IN THE
