IS A 501(C)(4) SOCIAL-WELFARE ORGANIZATION FORMED EXCLUSIVELY TO PROMOTE THE SOCIAL WELFARE BY OPERATING PRIMARILY TO FURTHER THE COMMON GOOD AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY BY FOSTERING COMMUNITY PROSPERITY, CIVIC ENGAGEMENT, AND COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION.
