THE PURPOSE OF THE TRUST IS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO PLAN PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE LOST EMPLOYMENT DUE TO AN INVOLUNTARY SEPARATION FROM A REDUCTION IN FORCE, ELIMINATION OF POSITIONS, THE DISCONTINUANCE OF A PLANT OR OPERATION, OR OTHER SIMILAR CONDITIONS OR EVENTS.
