Mission
GENESIS HEALTH SYSTEM WORKERS' COMPENSATION PLAN AND TRUST WAS ORGANIZED TO CREATE AND ESTABLISH A FUND FOR PROPER SAFEKEEPING AND INVESTMENT OF MONEY, PROPERTY, AND OTHER ASSETS CONTRIBUTED BY PARTICIPANTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASH RESERVES FOR THE PARTICIPANTS. THE PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOMPASSED WITHIN GENESIS HEALTH SYSTEM (GHS IOWA), GENESIS MEDICAL CENTER ALEDO, GENESIS HEALTH SYSTEM (GHS ILLINOIS), AND GENVENTURES, INC.
