TO BUILD GIRLS OF COURAGE, CONFIDENCE, AND CHARACTER WHO MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE. THE COUNCIL STRIVES TO PROVIDE A VARIETY OF GIRL SCOUT PROGRAMS AND EXCITING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE AREA IT SERVES IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH THIS MISSION.
