THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION SHALL BE TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE DECENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING, CARE AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES ON A NON-DISCRIMINATORY BASIS FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PERSONS LIVING IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON IDENTIFYING AND SERVING THE NEEDS OF GAY AND LESBIAN ELDERS FOR SUCH HOUSING AND SERVICES.
