THE PURPOSE OF GOLF MINOT INC IS TO ESTABLISH A GOLF COURSE TO BE USED BY ITS MEMBERS FOR BOTH PLEASURE AND RECREATION AND PROVIDE A CLUBHOUSE AND FACILITY TO ACCOMMODATE ITS MEMBERS AND SUPPORT MAINTENANCE OF THE GOLF COURSE.
