Goodwill Industries of Southern AZ Inc
Mission
Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona works toward ensuring that all people have the opportunity to reach their potential and contribute to our community. Through quality, evidence-based, workforce development programs; Goodwill Industries of Southern (continued at Schedule O) Arizona served 10,422 people last year. Those served include low-income, at-risk, and adjudicated youth; veterans; young adult ex-offenders; and low-income, unemployed, and underemployed adults. 47% of the workforce development program costs were funded with revenue self-generated by our Goodwill retail sales and 53% were served through grants and funding assistance from federal grants, the State of Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities, the Pima County Arizona@Work system, the City of Tucson-Economic & Workforce Development, the United Way of Southern Arizona, and other donors and community partners.
