ACHIEVING THIS GOAL WILL RESULT IN A REDUCTION IN FUEL CONSUMPTION AND LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT, IMPROVEMENT IN AIR QUALITY AND MITIGATION OF CONGESTION IN URBAN TRANSPORTATION ZONES.
