Mission

The mission is to promote and educate affordable housing available to individuals and families in the geographic area located around Stonington, Connecticut. The specific purpose of the Corporation is to develop, redevelop, manage, sponsor, own, and expand the availability of affordable housing for very low and moderate income individuals and families in the greater Stonington area. In furtherance of its purpose, the Corporation may build, acquire, renovate, rehabilitate, and revitalize structures to be occupied by very low, low, and moderate income individuals and families in the area served by the Corporation on its own or in collaboration with other organizations, public and private.
