GREENE HILL SCHOOL'S PRIMARY MISSION, AS CONCEIVED BY NEIGHBORHOOD PARENTS AND EDUCATORS, IS TO PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE LOCAL PUBLIC SCHOOLS FOR CHILDREN IN ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL AND TO GUIDE STUDENTS TO BECOME DEDICATED MEMBERS OF A DIVERSE, DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY.
