THE TRUST MAINTAINS THE INVESTMENTS OF PERMANENTLY RESTRICTED NET ASSETS AND BOARD DESIGNATED RESERVES, THE INCOME FROM WHICH IS DISTRIBUTED TO GREENWICH ADULT DAY CARE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADULT DAY CARE AND RELATED SERVICES TO PERSONS NEEDING SUCH SERVICES LIVING IN OR NEAR THE TOWN OF GREENWICH.
