THIS INCLUDES BUILDING HOMES FOR QUALIFYING LOW INCOME FAMILIES WHEREIN THEY ONLY SIGN A MORTGAGE FOR THE COST OF MATERIALS, AND THEY PAY NO INTEREST, OR WHERE MINOR REPAIRS MAY BE NEEDED. THE LABOR FOR BUILDING OR REPAIRING THE HOMES IS DONATED BY THE FULLER CENTER ORGANIZATION OR LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS, INCLUDING THE REQUIRED WORK HOURS BY THE BENEFITTING FAMILIES. B) TO PROMOTE THE COMMON GOOD AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITY OF GREENWOOD, LEFLORE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, ITS INHABITANTS, SURROUNDING TERRITORIES AND ITS INHABITANTS, BENEFITTING SOCIETY BY REDUCING BLIGHTED HOUSING CONDITIONS.
