THE MISSION OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS THE PROMOTION OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE CITIES OF BURLINGTON AND WEST BURLINGTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY ATTRACTING INDUSTRIES AND ENCOURAGING EXISTING INDUSTRIES TO EXPAND, AND THE PROMOTION OF OTHER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT THEREBY CREATING INCREASED EMPLOYMENT AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES.
