The Association shall exist for the sole purposes of i aggregating funds to be expended by the Association for a researching and evaluating the rights of the Members "Rights" with respect to the Greenbrier Sporting Club properties and assets and b if deemed necessary and appropriate by the Executive Committee the litigation expenses including attorneys fees and costs of those Members involved in protecting the Rights; ii sharing of information related to the Rights Assets and Proceedings; iii the conduct of business and activities determined by the Executive Committee.
