The Guardian Angel Service is organized to provide mentally challenged individuals with assistance so they can remain in independent living This includes being a representative payee, and/or guardian, and to act as a facilitator/intermediary between the individual and the agencies that provide services to assure that all resources that are available are used to enhance the individual's living conditions
