(AGENCY) IS TO RESPOND TO COMMUNITY NEED BY PROVIDING A COORDINATED PROGRAM OF COMPREHENSIVE HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE CHRONICALLY ILL, ELDERLY AND DISABLED INDIVIDUALS. THE AGENCY SEEKS TO BUILD UPON A FOUNDATION OF JEWISH ETHICS, TRADITION AND LIFESTYLE.
