THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO MAINTAIN THE HONOR OF THE PROFESSION, TO PROMOTE THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE, TO ADVANCE THE SCIENCE OF JURISPRUDENCE AND TO FOSTER AND ENCOURAGE COOPERATION AND GOOD FELLOWSHIP AMONG THE MEMBERS OF THE BAR, AS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION PURSUANT TO THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS.
