OPERATING FROM SEPTEMBER THROUGH JUNE, THE MISSION OF HTC IS TO CREATE AND SUPPORT, USING LOCAL RESOURCES WHENEVER POSSIBLE, A THEATRE COMMUNITY DEDICATED TO PRESENTING LIVE THEATRE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY.
