Hanyang University International Foundation (the "Charity") has been formed to receive contributions from members of the public interested in furthering educational endeavors - particularly those of Hanyang University of Seoul, South Korea. The Charity will receive contributions, many of which are expected to be made by alumni of Hanyang University who now reside in the United States, and will make grants to Hanyang University or such other educational organizations as are determined by its Board of Directors. Contributors to the Charity will be informed that the Charity's Bylaws provide that the recipients of the Charity's educational grants are as determined by the Charity's Board of Directors.
