TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES THROUGHOUT CONNECTICUT AND TO MAINTAIN A COMMITMENT TO EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES TO HAVE MORE CHOICES AND OPPORTUNITIES IN THE COMMUNITY.
