THE ORGANIZATION OWNS A GOLF COURSE AND RELATED FACILITIES WHICH ARE LEASED TO A TAX-EXEMPT GOLF CLUB. THE ORGANIZATION ENCOURAGES ATHLETIC EXERCISE AND PROVIDES SUITABLE FACILITIES FOR VARIOUS ATHLETIC ACTIVITIES.
