BALLOON FESTIVAL & FAIR IS ORGANIZED TO OPERATE THE FESTIVAL, AND PROFITS FROM THE FESTIVAL ARE RETURNED TO OTHER 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS. FUNDS ARE RAISED THROUGH SPONSORSHIPS, VENDOR BOOTHS, AND PAID ATTENDANTS AT THE EVENT.
