PURPOSES ARE TO FURTHER CHARITABLE, LITERARY, RELIGIOUS OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, (1) ADDRESS THE PROBLEM OF THE LACK OF RESOURCES FOR HAWAII'S PUBLIC SCHOOLS, AND (2) TO MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 503(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
