OUR ORGANIZATION IS A LABOR UNION OF FIRE FIGHTERS FOR THE CITY OF HAYWARD, CALIFORNIA. AS SUCH WE DEAL ON A REGULAR BASIS WITH COMPENSATION ISSUES, WITH WORKING CONDITIONS ON THE JOB SITE, WITH SAFETY ON THE JOB SITE, WITH EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCES, AND WITH METHODS OF IMPROVING OUR JOB EFFICIENCY OVERALL.
