Mission
THE COMPANY IS ORGANIZED UNDER SECTION 402 OF THE NEW YORK NOT-FOR-PROFIT-CORPORATION LAW AS A NON-CHARITABLE CORPORATION.IT OPERATES A PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP CLUB. THE CLUB IS AN EXCLUSE MEMBERS-ONLY CLUB FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS TO EAT, DRINK, SOCIALIZE, NETWORK, ATTEND PRIVATE MUSICAL AND ARTS EVENTS, AND RELAX IN AN ELEGANT SETTING. MEMBERS PAY ANNUAL DUES AND THE CLUB CHARGES FOR FOOD, DRINKS AND OTHER ITEMS SOLD TO MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS, AND MAY CHARGE FEES FOR USING CLUB SERVICES TO MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS.
