The Health Career Collaborative (HCC) mission is to support youth from underserved communities to graduate from high school, gain health literacy, increase academic achievement, and consider careers in healthcare. Our secondary mission is to support medical schools and medical training programs to create sustainable HCC chapters that partner medical volunteers with local high schools.
