Healthcare Innovations Network, Inc., [Creekside-STRTP] is a not- for-profit organization, formed to meet the needs of adolescent youth exhibiting behaviors requiring intensive gender specific therapeutic interventions and enhanced family support systems. We provide a myriad of stabilizing treatments and transitional assistance for youth and their families designed to stabilize, restore, and mend the fractured family system; in an effort to facilitate successful remediation of presenting problems and conditions and transition to a family-based level of care.
