TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND PROGRAMS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, THEIR FAMILIES, FRIENDS, AND OTHERS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THE CONCEPT OF INDEPENDENT LIVING. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, OUTREACH AND THE PROVISION OF SERVICES.
