THE ORGANIZATION IS A COOPERATIVE OF PRIESTS WHOSE SALARIES AND BENEFITS AREPAID TO THE ORGANIZATION. OUT OF THOSE PROCEEDS, THE MEMBER PRIESTS ARE PAID,MEDICAL EXPENSES OF THOSE PRIESTS ARE COVERED AND NORMAL REIMBURSEMENTS AREGIVEN. THE BALANCE IS DONATED TO CHARITIES
