THE ASSOCIATION IS A RURAL WATER ASSOCIATION LOCATED IN SCOTT COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI. ITS PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE SAFE DRINKING WATER TO ITS MEMBERS IN AN EFFICIENT AND RELIABLE MANNER. THE ASSOCIATION HAS BEEN PERFORMING THIS SERVICE SINCE ITS INCEPTION IN 1968.
