Mission

The Highlands Cashiers Health Foundation exists to improve the health and wellbeing of all peoples in Western North Carolina, with a particular emphasis on Macon, Jackson, Swain, Graham, Clay and Cherokee Counties. The Foundation searches for and supports transformative, effective solutions that will improve and sustain the health and wellbeing of Highlands, Cashiers and our neighboring communities.
