THE PROGRAM OFFERS TENANTS AN AFFORDABLE PLACE TO LIVE, AN ESCROW ACCOUNT AS PART OF EACH MONTH'S RENT AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE: INDIVIDUALIZED CASE MANAGEMENT AND EDUCATION ON THE BASICS OF BUDGETING, CREDIT, MORTGAGE LENDING AND MAINTENANCE.
